Deni Connor
Principal Analyst

Deni Connor founded SSG-NOW in 2007. She is a well-known storage expert, who was previously a reporter for IDG’s Network World. In addition, she worked in marketing and editorial positions for Novell, IBM, Control Data, Radix International, Thomas-Conrad and Networking Solutions magazine. She writes for Network World and hosts the Masters of Enterprise Servers and Masters of Storage microsites. She is also the co-author of NetWare for Dummies and several other books on networking with NetWare. Deni holds a B.A. degree in Fine Arts and Biology from the University of Northern Colorado.

Jim comes to SSG-NOW with more than 35 years of marketing and product management experience with companies such as Symbol Technologies, Norand, Code and Radix International. He is a pioneer in the field of hand held computers and portable bar code readers and an expert in memory technologies and the challenges of start-up companies. He has an established track record of turning startups into successful technology businesses. Jim has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
Logan Harbaugh

Logan Harbaugh is a freelance reviewer and IT consultant located in Redding, CA, who has worked in IT for more than 20 years. He has been a Senior Contributing Editor with InfoWorld Labs for eight years, was a Senior Technology Editor at Information Week Labs for five years, and has written reviews for many publications and web sites, including Storage Magazine, TechTarget.com, Information Week, eWeek, Network World, Linux Journal, PC Magazine and Internet.com. He has also written two books on network troubleshooting.
